Former Dream VI striker Taiwo Awoniyi on Sunday scored his first competitive goal this season for Dutch team NEC Nijmegen. Awoniyi who came in the 83rd minutes for Wociech Golla scored the all-important goal for Nijmegen to give them a 2-1 over Az Alkmaar.
Awoniyi is expected to return to his parent club Liverpool in England at the end of the season.
