Super Eagles and Arsenal midfielder, Alex Iwobi has resumed training after few days’ injury lay off.
Iwobi, who missed the two legs of the Super Eagles’ all-important 2018 World Cup qualifier against the Indomitable Lions which ended 4-0 and 1-1 respectively, resumed training with the rest of Arsenal team yesterday afternoon.
His resumption will be a big boost for troubled Gunners manager Arsene Wenger ahead of Bournemouth’s visit to the Emirates during the weekend.
Iwobi, who showed enormous support for the rest of the Super Eagles players during the doubleheader is expected to be in contention against the Cherries on match day 4 of the English premier league.
