Brown and Tatum paired up for 32 points while Morris who came up with a string of key fourth-quarter buckets, finished with a season-high 21 points on 8-of-12 shooting.

Tatum finished with 19 points on 6-of-9 shooting and sparked Boston’s offense early on. Brown had a few highlight-reel moments, including an around-the-world dunk on an uncontested fast break.

The Celtics will next host the defending-champion Golden State Warriors on Thursday night at TD Garden.

Irving is wearing a face mask after suffering a facial fracture during Friday night’s win over the Charlotte Hornets. Kyrie has worn a protective mask before in his NBA career and although he hates wearing it, he’s fully aware of the “Masked Kyrie” persona that fans seem to love.
